D&F Management Institute was established in 2004 by social sciences expert and management consultant Fırat Çapkın . Having provided trainings on communication, marketing and sales in the first years, Fırat ÇAPKIN further expanded the scope of the trainings he gave through the trainings he received from American and German consultancy and training organizations. Then he met Prof. Dr. Ichak, the world-renowned management guru on "organizational structuring at companies" and explored his studies. Following that, he started to provide consultancy services to the sectors of service, production, pvc profile, retail, automotive, finance, fmcg, durable consumption, textile, energy, health and dermocosmetics.

D&F, acting with a strategy of growth on its areas of expertise since 2008, also provides trainings in different languages (English, Russian, Persian, Greek, and German) with its experienced trainer and consultant staff and international collaborations.
